Exploring Science and Faith

Were you stimulated by David Wilkinson’s Shrove Tuesday lectures on ‘Dawkins, Hawking and God’?
Are you a Christian working in science who would value the opportunity to discuss with others how your science and your faith inform each other?
Are you interested in exploring how science can expand our understanding of God’s ongoing work in creation and redemption?
Do you want to find ways of sharing the Christian faith with scientifically literate people?
Or are you just fascinated and excited by this wonderful universe?

If your answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’ you may be interested in forming a group in the Diocese of Sheffield to explore issues of science and faith.

There will be a meeting to explore possibilities on Saturday 24 April at Diocesan Church House from 10.00am to around 11.30am.
If you would like more information or if you definitely intend to come please contact the Revd David Jeans by email at jeansville@hotmail.co.uk
